Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact and presented in their original luxury packaging within 7 days of receiving your package.
2. Return Process
Submit a return request online or contact concierge. Our courier representative will inspect and collect the item from your delivery address.
3. Refunds & Store Credit
Once inspected and verified, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as QORVAN store credit within 3 to 5 business days.
